if they are of decent quality a snd hand book store might take them

Panic and pandomodium with a desire to escape it all for a party in the woods.

All the bad choices and dumb decisions I made as an adult...

Being older dosent stop ye from making stupid mistakes, heck it's more likely ye make bigger mistakes that are harder to fix

the job was advertised as being remote.....

Considering it was registered in 1995 (https://www.whois.com/whois/threads.com) you are correct in thinking that it should have already been registered.

However you can sell (transfer) a domain to others if you wish, which is probably what meta did.

!linkedinlunatics@sh.itjust.works is the link as far as I know, /c may be on the instance but the ! allows for cross instance.

Ye, and they were far less prone to the screen breaking. When it falls the battery can fly out, taking much of the energy from the fall with it.

One thing though is the speed that feels safe for a driver does not always line up for what is safe for other users of the road. Bigger cars make drivers feel safer at the expense of everyone else.

I am using unlock and Firefox and getting hit by the anti-adblock

!opnsense@lemmy.world is the link of anyone else wants to follow (with minimal hassle)

heh, if ye had yer screen on 24/7 that would be merely 0.83 frames per second

The human eye can't see more than 0.5 frames per second anyways (/s)

Out of curiosity why are you replying to yerself so many times?

Could have included it all within yer original post.

If stuff is deleted it can end up as a DenverCoder9 suituation where you search the tntire internet to find a solution to yer specific problem, find someone who had iot a decade ago, solved it and either never posted it or it was wiped.

There are some bots that are useful for everyone (community specific ones mostly), those I have no qualms with as they help everyone in that community.

The ones I abhor are the spam bots ones, different accounts giving variations of the same messages, possibly to farm karma or inflate activity numbers (I wouldn't rule anything out when it comes to spez making his darling look active).
I also hate down vote bots as I feel they don't contribute to anything.

Thank ye,

I wonder how much of an impact being in the EU will have on that.

Their instance seems to be a waste of space (/s)

What??? You uninstalled it?
Now ye are going to have to reinstall all yer mods again (that is a game in and of itself though)

Adding a link to a poll would have been far easier/expandable/honest

America exists because of the train, which it has since abandoned

It's not really a single single player game, more a set of specific genres: "Ubisoft open world", "Immersive sim" (especially Arkanes), "Bethesda RPG" (Even 76 which ye cna play pretty much solo), "Walking Sim" (a genre I fell in love with this past year)

Password1!

It's surprising how many times I have seen this and variations.

The only one that actually reduces security is the length, as it implies it's stored as plaintext.
The rest do improve complexity for cracking.

for better or worse it is, (though I don't recommend newcomers to boot up a bind server to manage their dns, pihole is probally the best starting point)

a fancy new startup will start calling them decentralised pods for personal transportation. Promise to be revolutionary.
Preforms worse than all know forms of transport so far

Liftoff will manage the upload for ye, on browser it worked by pressing the image icon or pasting it in, anything else I don't know

Out of curiosity are ye planning to do a post about RSA and ED25519?

unfortunately you cannot delete it from my brain, least not easially or cheaply....

Walking sim is basically any game where you wanter around observing the world with minimal interaction, not just a game with a lot of walking.

  • SOMA (Has option to make it a walking sim)
  • Sunlight (really beautiful)
  • Call of the Sea (great soundtrack)
  • Deliver us Moon/Mars (Scifi really good)
  • Red Matter (VR)
  • Accounting (+) (VR)
  • Stray (Kinda, very very low combat)
  • Tacoma
  • Observation
  • A gliders Journey
  • Stanley Parable
  • A Short Hike (Beautiful pixel art style one)
  • Forgotten City (Small levels of combat)
  • Paradise Lost

Some foplks may not classify all these as walking sims but I would.

If ye want something short then A Short Hike (heh) If ye want horror try SOMA
Scifi/Detective then Tacoma is pretty good.
Eldrich Undercurrents - Call of the Sea
If Atomic Heart vibed with ye then Paradise Lost.

I would recommend giving a check on steam to see if any of them catch yer fancy

It's an interesting learning curve.
I would really recommend using flakes, basically lockfiles which abstract away some pains with dependencies.

Nixos Options is utterly fantastic for figuring out stuff (also links to source config)

The syntax takes a bit to get used to but if ye have used something like lisp or haskell before then it should be easy enough to pick up.

(I'll add links to my repos here when I am back on computer)

Also using liftoff and it seems to be fine.
Might be more related to yer instance.

Heh ye, it's always funny to see Americans (in large vehicles) get stuck on the smol and narrow roads in the west of Ireland.

It's not just the design but also the factany were laid down before cars were a thing so they tend to wind and twist.

I used to read there a lot on my phone. My main activity on reddit at the time.

Then Bacon reader died, and I just stopped reading there

It's been a while since I use caddy but I use the dns for nginx, make sure you are using the correct api key, it does not like using a too permissive one.
So a zone token instead of an account token.

Bind is well established, got plenty of documentation, is what the previous iteration of the resolver used and on top of all that it works really well with NixOS

My first (so far) purchase has been wireless adapters for my earphones (iems). Signing up was interesting as they do not allow ye to register with an email that has aliexpress in it.

So far said adapters are good, really good (trn bt30)

Heh, the op was somehow under "hot" for me, might have to switch to sorting by new or top-day
