It's even a step further. They also don't want anyone to break the law against them. Who would they turn to? The police will arrest them.

Oh we can ___, we're just required to pay massive amounts of money to a corporate middleman to do it.

Basically America.

Are you suggesting it is okay to kill civilians being used as human shields?

Why does every major medical organization and over a million doctors disagree with you?

Make sure you take your dog's shoes off, too.

If you expect us to take responsibility for our actions, then we'd have to have real solutions, and it's just easier to complain about things, plus we'd have to arrest a looooooot of war criminals.

Fuck off, liar. Transgender ban in the military against the advice of generals in easily the most obvious one.

The best you could say is that he let several states set up ways to systematically genocide LGBT people, (cough cough Don't Say Gay) but he also actively fought to take away several of their rights, so that would still be a mischaracterization.

Trump wouldn't give a shit if every LGBT person on earth was dead, he'd just find new minorities to go after.

Please list the descriptors that show Joe Biden is a fascist, because I'm looking at Umberto Eco's and I see... maybe 1, if you reach a bit: "appeal to the middle class"

You probably fall under at least 4 though.

Are you suggesting Trump is a valid choice?

Asking "Why would you do X?" implies heavily that had they not done X, the situation wouldn't have happened. It is victim blaming.

It's a 10 day old account, they are 100% a bad faith actor, and you know this because they don't acknowledge any of the ways to push for better treatment of Palestinian civilians. They are using them as a prop to tell people to not vote for Joe Biden (which is its own brand of fucked up privileged), even though Joe Biden is pretty famous for being bullied into better positions. Voting against fascists is, indeed, the right move, and Joe Biden might be a centrist liberal, but he isn't a fucking fascist.

I disagree on pretty much every point, but I personally don't see the problem you're having with the game. If you don't like the nudity, that is optional (as in, there is an option for it.) If you're complaining about the romance, that's like an entire genre of stories. Heck, softcore porn is also a genre of stories that is exceptionally popular. So, why would removing it for you make up for the loss of potential customers that were gained from it being there, especially since you bought it with it there anyway? Idk, seems like you disproved your own point.

Not quite. Homeopathy is a medical belief structure consisting of certain practices that attempt to cure "like with like". It has shown no benefits over placebos or other medical treatments, and on certain occasions, has been shown to have serious consequences.

There are many parts to homeopathy that are widely criticized, such as "potentisation", a process of diluting a substance to such a degree that there contains little or none of the beginning ingredient. Additionally, since the goal is to treat symptoms by using like symptoms, the causes are never truly addressed, especially since the underlying philosophy of homeopathy is that the body can cure itself.

Thus, if you were helped by a homeopathic medicine, it was more than statistically likely a placebo effect. Please do not rely on homeopathy for medicine.

They didn't, otherwise there'd be one less, they'd be wider, flatter, and the tray picture wouldn't be from an amazon listing.

Because people other than the two arguing read that and learn things. If someone states factually wrong or hurtful information about, say, trans people, I would rather they be corrected than someone think that trans people are anything other than human beings being human beings from that prior comment.

Bethesda's goal, as usual, is rent-seeking. They can't penetrate more markets, so they need to make new ones, and what better way to do this then to hire what amounts to contractors doing gig work. They don't even have to pay them except in commission, which is a really scummy thing to do.

Some people see this as a way for mod-makers to make money, but mod-makers already have those! Every mod I've seen and every modder I've talked to has a donation link you can send money to, and the ones who didn't had organizations and charities you could send your money to instead.

Yes really. Your study suggests doing more studies, not that the effects were negative (because if they were, the conclusion would be no further studies.) At the end of the paper, it also pointed out newer studies not included in the 196 studies out of the 10,000 it pretends to have looked it that found the benefits did exist (nd even then, it really only looked at a couple dozen studies exhaustively).

The biases that your study shows are known, and fucking obvious to anyone that has talked to a trans person once in their lifetime: There aren't many long-term studies. This is due to obvious reasons, like discrimination, lack of support, and higher chance of being murdered, which most people don't want. The study also seemed to show that the bone density issue wasn't as pronounced as some nay-sayers seem to think, but they bury that in the data analysis and hide behind a more hardline in the synopsis. Additionally, you can't really do a randomized approach in this case because of fucking ethical concerns! Obviously!!! Randomly giving out hormones seems like a bad idea, both to people that want it and people that don't!

But, you don't really give a shit because you didn't read the study, and also you hate trans people, and that's what you actually care about.

Imagine posting your definition for fascism instead of nothing relevant.

Captain

He's the one that frosts the flakes.

Ah yes, just like Martin Niemöller's poem:

First they came the trans people, and that was totally okay because there was less of them, so it never affected me.

Most people aren't trans, but anti-trans legislation still affects them. It doesn't really matter who it affects more, because it is meant as a culture war, but also as a hate tactic to bully people. How do you check that someone is transgender? You really can't. You could claim they are dressing a certain way that doesn't match. You could claim they look like they have more of a hormonal type. You could claim they are acting a way that doesn't match their assigned gender at birth.

But that's the point. You can pick and choose who to apply this to.

That's not really a good answer though. Those are policies put in place long before Biden became president, but not only that, you haven't proposed an alternative. Your current solution is "Don't vote for Biden" but the outcome is that you either get Biden, a continuation of the status quo at worst, or you get Trump, a continuation of the status quo AT BEST. You can pretend you live in a world where you get a third party candidate, but you don't.

Which leaves you in an unfortinate bind, since that makes you a fascist by your own definition. You are trying to push a solution that would make the situation at best the same, and at worst, much, much worse. As you said:

Any president not acting to dismantle that is fascist

I assume you would never take an action that would support a fascist. So, how can you argue that in a First-Past-The-Post voting system (and one that defaults to state legislatures if no majority is made), voting for a third party is a viable solution?

I think you can't if you are against fascism. You can post links to antifascist movements, organizations, or steps to take, but the American election system is too fucked to argue against the two big parties unless you are ever the optimist, but I don't think you are if you argue both parties are fascist.

Is it actually incorrect? I don't think it's necessarily wrong, but it just sounds bizarre or Shakespearean if you use it when it's not an auxiliary verb.

"I've no need for that." is a perfectly cromulent sentence.

Note: I'm a staunch proponent of equality before the law and unhindered access to opportunity for everyone

Those sound like weasel words. All people, rich or poor, are banned from sleeping under bridges and stealing food is "equality before the law." Removal of programs that give minorities a step up is "unhindered access to opportunity."

I love Lejolas and Jimli's gokes.

You're not pointing at anything.

I'm from the fucking Midwest. Any "young man" that ate the fascist bullshit ate it because they were fed it from their friends and families. It wasn't the scapegoat "coastal elites" or the "globalists" or the "bankers," it was a learned behavior. My dad eats that shit and tried to feed it to me and my siblings. My grandpa eats that shit and fed it to my dad and aunt.

If you want to blame anyone, blame Fox for making it so easy for anyone to feast 24/7 on fascism talking points where you turn your brain off. My dad is a smart guy, no question about that. Lots of Republicans are! But that never stopped him or any of them from being a dumb piece of shit loser. Because he chooses to ignore the facts as they are presented to him. He chooses not to know what the 16th Amendment is. He chooses not to understand the costs of education. He chooses to believe the lies that are said to him when you give direct video or picture proof otherwise.

Because if he didn't, he'd be wrong. And I think he can't accept being that fundamentally wrong.

I think romance is included in a lot of stories because it is a very common component in life. We have so many experiences around love, and exploring that in a fictional environment at the same time we do battle against demons is fun for many people.

TTRPGs cater to you choosing your own story. To remove the romance from this story is to say that some choices in this story cannot be made.

Also, there's mods to remove the romance. It would be a loss to have them gone at the onset.

Out of the courtroom? Joe Biden could Terminator march into the courtroom and cap everyone! Who could stop him? Any judge ruling Trump's way would simply put a hand over the gushing wound in their heart and say "God bless America" as everyone is summarily executed by order of the President. I can only assume it would be illegal to stop him at that point.

The answer, unequivocally, is "Abso-fucking-lutely." But, you phrased the question wrong because you assume that people that vote Democratic are Democrats. They are not. Something like 20-30% of people who vote exclusively or near exclusively Democratic consider themselves Democrats, whereas Republican voters are around 50-60% for their respective categorization.

This isn't particularly strange if you think about the authoritarian vs anarchical political dichotomy these two voter bases lean to for more than a second. The real problem with that is that Republicans, as a general rule, would never align with socialist values. So, while technically they could, anyone that claims to be a Republican with my values is almost entirely likely to be lying.

But, you missed a big thing in American politics: The moderate voter. We have a large group of people who consider themselves moderate, for reasons that all range within the realms of apathetic ignorance to willful ignorance. These people have either no moral quandaries with either particular side, are general unaffected by politics in a way perceivable to them, or are people who lean one way but do have moral quandaries with that side. Debates between parties are for them, which is why it's about presentation, media sound bites, and moderate views.

Anyway, hopefully that answers your question!

Is pirating stealing? Nothing was taken from YouTube. You could say it's unauthorized access, or unauthorized duplication of data, but none of that leaves YouTube down any data.

We begin forming our gender identity fairly young, and at 2-3, we do have a relatively simple grasp on gender, and broad concepts are pretty easy to understand. A child that asks you to call them a boy or a girl instead of their assigned birth gender isn't even particularly strange! Children explore their identities in a lot of ways, from nicknames to the way they dress and act and play.

I have a 6-year old cousin who is adamant that she is a girl with some solid reasoning behind it, and she was never told any of it. She came up with it herself! I think you underestimate children, and maybe you underestimate yourself, too.

It was, in fact, a cult. The only people you could reasonably assume were "hostages" were the children that were forced to drink cyanide because they didn’t understand what was happening. You can hear them on the recording.

There were people who left Jonestown that spoke about the practice sessions. Most people were not in any way forced to drink it because they were brainwashed.

Lmao, this guy never got the blinding stew. My first time was when my mom thought I stole a candy bar from the grocery store, but it turned out my sister did it and planted on me, so she got double dosed, it was pretty funny.

Repeat same talking point.

The things you say are useless, especially since these are adjusted by household size. Do one that isn't.

Not how that works, and also not true. If it's marked as homeopathic, it's NOT approved by the FDA. There are FDA guidelines for homeopathic medicines, including the use of active ingredients, but they are specifically not approved by the FDA. And looking at Snore Stop, it never stopped being homeopathic, so no idea what you're talking about.

Everything you said is wrong, but let's start with an easy question to identify your bias.

What percent of the population do you think is trans and what percent do you think identifies as trans incorrectly?
