I ordered food from a place with zero human interaction. I ordered from a tablet and picked up my food from the counter after receiving a text. I was still asked to tip. At that point, I didn't even know what I was supposed to be tipping for.

That makes sense, I just wish they included those costs in the price rather than making me guess how much I should pay, especially when it's less clear who the receiver of the tips will be.

Didn't South Korea do this? IIRC some kids would steal their parents'/grandparents' government IDs to watch porn.

I used some around my nose when I caught a nasty cold and I couldn't stop blowing my nose. It helped with the pain.

I cancelled all of my streaming subscriptions years ago to save money. I figured I'd subscribe again when there was anything I wanted to watch that I couldn't find and it turns out there wasn't really anything I wanted to watch.

I am in my cat's litter box

I'll buy merch and/or donate to the creator but I won't watch ads

in some places it's legal to drink while underage if it's in your own house and with a parent's permission

I started taking antidepressants

RIF for a few years and Apollo for a few months, since both are going down I don't really have any incentive to stay on Reddit

That's pretty interesting if it's true, makes me wonder if they're doing anything differently from the other stores that keeps their machine working.

It seems that foreign companies still have to comply if they are offering goods or services to or monitoring data of people in the EU. I'm not sure if this applies to Reddit in this case but it can be necessary for American companies to comply with the GDPR.
