Compliment? Seriously? That's just creepy.

Anon won't eat his children.

The entire internet has drastically declined for me.

Not sure that existed, but how would it work? There were no accounts and IPs are ephemeral.

Cat software on dog hardware.

Lower budgets would probably be better. High budgets mean high risk, developers and publishers try to minimize that risk and you get bland games that try to cater to too many tastes. Movies suffer from the same problem. They get budgets in the hundreds of millions and you wonder what they spent it all for.

Without having read any part of this act I'd assume you having a job and you developing an open source app are two separate things unless your job involves developing that open source app.

Thank you, I came here to comment that he looks like a turtle and there it already is, this masterpiece.

What's the point of having a Horga'hn if you don't display it.

Not an expert on trademark law, but I think "Threads by Meta" would not work as the main part of that name would still be "Threads", "Meta Threads" could work, but if they'd make the "Meta" part not prominent in the branding then again it would probably be considered as only "Threads".

Absolutely agree on Red Dead Redemption 2. Another point considering it's an open world game it plays extremely linearly and sometimes in missions it tells you that you can't leave a certain area for no reason.

Looks like a fork that was made from a knife, wouldn't-put-into-my-mouth/10.

The ECHR is not an EU court, it's a Council of Europe court, different organisation.

Just bless the oceans, ezpz.

Still better than people assuming everyone's american.

Body armor, first aid kit, machete, water purifier.

If you choose anything that requires fuel or electricity/batteries you're fucked.

Great, so I guess the future of terrorism will be fueled by people learning programming and figuring out how to make emps so they can send the murder robots back to where they came from.

Eh, they could've done that without AI for like two decades now. I suppose the drones would crashland in a rather destructive way due to the EMP, which might also fry some of the electronics rendering the drone useless without access to replacement components.

It's still 2020, change my mind.

Have you considered a trebuchet?

No, those are separate. It's about open source projects that have developers working on it in their free time (not getting paid for it) and developers who get paid for it. You having a job as a software developer and working on a project outside your work time doesn't make it a "commercial activity".

You'd use a struct like

struct Player {
    x: f64,
    y: f64,
}

How much for two tancos and a dr peepee at kurger bing?

So the question is–why are men not banding together to support other men?

I'm a member of a left leaning political party, a few years ago some people tried to start a men's group (there is already a women's group, queer group,...). The attempt was immediatly shot down.

Gender from french genre, latin genus, means category and that's all it is, a category system, with confusing category names and no real rules for which word belongs to which category. There's nothing masculine, feminine or neuter about words, nothing "sexual" or whatever, otherwise every person would be a woman because the word for person (from latin persona) is feminine in a lot of european languages, or French and German people would have to think really different about stuff like tables because in French it's "feminine" and in German it's "masculine". Btw, looking at English adjectives with French origin they almost always are the feminine version, like feminine or masculine. Some people think there is a hidden sexual meaning though and they come up with lots of different systems for gender neutral language, stuff like latinx.

Same, guess we'll die.

Technically speaking the first LTE specification didn't meet 4G requirements either, so for a short while you could get two different fake 4Gs.

Keep functions or methods short. Anything longer than 20 - 50 lines is likely too long

If it doesn't fit on my screen it's too long.

OP is trying to do this in order to bring popularity to a bunch of reactionary political takes.

How? By posting a meme about asbestos? Do the reactionaries think asbestos is safe to use as snow special effect or what?

What's the significance of the colors? Greenish = "stealing", orange = "okay", yellow = "grey area"? Seems awfully negative, maybe invert the whole thing.

I'm stealing this.

To be fair, using phones while driving was banned in most countries back when phones still had physical buttons.

They made a season without him. For the last three books they could just recast everyone, they're set 30 years after what was covered by the show.

Every once in a while there are two words that are written the same but have different gender, if you use the wrong article it'll get confusing for a second and you'll have to figure out from context what was actually meant.

small towns like Boulder Colorado

Boulder has a population of around 100k, I wouldn't call it small or a town.

Sounds great, but in the end it just means everyone has to host their own instance. That could be interesting, but I doubt everyone would want to do that.
