The truth is it would be extra easy and cheap to turn golf courses into public parks, with local trees and flowers instead of water guzzling grass. That would improve weather events, wildlife and human lives' quality in the area.
There's plenty to be outraged about other than golf. Cities aren't running out of space because of a golf course.
