What creative medium do you find most inspiring for expressing yourself?

Playing an instrument. Not on stage for others but at home all by myself just for myself. :)
Same here, also piano! I improvise a lot, just for fun. I don’t hear this as often from people playing other instruments. Great outlet

Thats cool, what instrument and do you write your own music?
Piano as well. I don't write my own music, but love to play with the old ones like playing really fast or slow or loud or .... sadly I am not of good in improvising on the piano but with singing its fine.
