Agreed, but I doubt he made the changes at all. He stopped paying the bills. Google cut him off on the weekend on purpose. They made a point. Twitter is done. How that shit is still trading at over $50 a share is beyond me. This trainwreck is beyond salvation.
And he made changes not once, not twice, but three times. He changed the API limit, then increased the limit to 8k/800/400, then increased it again to 10k/1k/500.
