I think dbzero is the person who modded /r/piracy and then made their own instance over here after the admins booted them from their position and banned their account for refusing to open the sub back up.
I'm not sure if there is another community for it, lemmy.dbzer0.com is the instance that hosts that switch pirates community as well as this one
