"Under the reform, discriminating against workers on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity is no longer a punishable offence. It is also no longer a punishable offence to beat a person without causing injury on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity."

WHAT

BRB, gotta go beat some straight people in Madrid.

"without injury" is probably defined so any physical attack that doesn't have a broken bone or amputation, e.g. 99% of all assaults that are bruises, lacerations that bleed but heal, etc. wouldn't be "injury". So assaulting a stranger you don't like the look of or beating your child who "isn't right" is now not punishable.

Clearly freedom and righteousness's heart grew 3 sizes this day.

Psychopaths.

How do they not have laws against such agression in general, how is it coupled to things at all?
Like dont hurt anyone else in general? wtf

Rules for assault and domestic violence are a bit of a mess in Spain in general, there's some things that just aren't covered.
