Good luck keeping down a solid dev team when other companies offer far more money and I don't leave the comfort of my own home
Yeah. Expecting a Dev team to be in-person, in 2024, is a huge red flag. Wildly incompetent management.
I haven’t been into an office in 4 years. My last company tried to start making engineers come into the office. Most of us have new remote jobs now.
