Is saving $6 on shipping really worth waiting 6 months to buy the thing?

I just wouldn't be able to wait that long for that little savings.

If you can wait 6mo you might not need it. Save all the money.

if I'm waiting for 6 months it's for something that has no pressing need, but if I'm still thinking about it in 6 months will probably bring enough joy to my life that it's worth the investment.
