If this is how the citizens that create the law view physically defiling a corpse, it goes without reason that encouraging violence on a corpse would be low regarded as well. Additionally, incitement to violence is a criminal offense in many places.
Needless to say, it is very easy to not encourage violence. Just don't do it.
