I want this to be a thing now.

Can the French pick up the slack on this kind of game development please?

There have been some German and French games on this genre in recent years.

There's going to be a cooking minigame and you can choose between 75 kinds of cheese.

I want more cooking mini games and this is not sarcasm! I want to make lots of silly foods and hopefully give it to other players if multiplayer or gift them to npcs if not or just eat them! Foods amazing!

Thanks that's what I was here for. This is definitionally not a Japanese Role Playing Game, it's a French Role Playing Game (In The Style Of A Japanese Role Playing Game) so a FRPG, or a FRPGITSOAJRPG.
