I just ditched Brave a few days ago for Firefox and really prefer it for performance and real privacy.

I'm on the same boat, for now I really like firefox

You may be interested in checking out LibreWolf if privacy is a top priority.

How does it compare to Firefox. Thanks for the recommendation btw.

The main things is that it excludes telemetry and integrations like Pocket.

That way you also get bonus points for not supporting a homophobe.
