I'm sure huffpost knew what they're implying. In truth he's vowing to continue his presidential run from prison if necessary. The headline on their actual article is clearer: "Trump Vows To Run For President From Prison If Convicted"

I don't think he'll get very far, he is probably really bad at running.
With the right motivation, people can run pretty far and fast. In his case the motivations is likely hamberders.
