Nintendo, nuking every little fan project in an instant but taking its time protecting other IPs on their shop… figures….

Why would they protect their competitor's IP without formal request?

Because it's flagrant, and there's a screening process before something gets published on the shop.

Have you ever browsed the Nintendo eShop? It's like 50% shovelware.

If they have a screening process for their shop, it's absolute trash.
