“Republican appointed judge screws over Democrats” is a more appropriate headline. The guy running for office isn’t a resident of alaska. That alone should preclude him from the ballot. Because it’s a tight race the R’s have to pull some fuckery as usual.

House members are constitutionally required to be at least 25 years old, a U.S. citizen for at least seven years and an inhabitant of the state in which they’re running when elected. Four of the 12 candidates in Alaska’s House primary, including Hafner, listed out-of-state campaign addresses.

So a conservative judge is intentionally helping the GOP fuck with the vote. Again.
