The state feels threatened by their presence. They know the number of disenfranchised voters that don't trust them or feel they have no representation in government has skyrocketed and the only way for them to stay in power is to subvert the electoral process.
Should we let people qualify for running if they don’t follow the rules?
Maybe we should just preemptively put every American on the ballot.
