This morning I was driving to my son to swap vehicles when I encountered road work on Moyamensing.
Blocking the only road that leads to his apartment.
When I got back to my office, I had to check Google maps to make sure I didn't miss anything.
If it's impossible for traffic to enter from the proper direction of a one way street then you can safely enter going the wrong direction.
That entire area is boned unless you live on 3rd or carpenter. Nonsense.
It actually looks like a logic puzzle with no solution lol
