May it be - just spontaneous thoughts here - that those beeing ruled over have to do the emancipation?
The title would have been better if worded ” Help FORCE the rich to pay back...” As worded currently it reads like we should be tipping in some cash to give them a hand to make reparations. That was my point.

This initiative calls on the European Commission to establish a European tax on great wealth.
