KUOM 100.7, aka Radio K, broadcasting from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities is no slouch.

I'd be interested in a mega list of good stations. I'm in a rut right now.
It's not college radio but 4zzz is a community radio station in my home town of Brisbane, Australia that's effectively the same kind of thing and has an online stream:
