In addition to a financial settlement, Uber and Lyft agreed to ongoing changes in how they pay drivers and offer benefits in New York state

Assuming the lawyers pass that entire $328MM on to the drivers (we know they won't), that's less than $3,000 per driver. I'd be willing to bet after the lawyers take their share, each driver gets a check for $1.47. Some victory.
