Nothing Chats has already been pulled from Google Play over privacy issues / Nothing pulled the Nothing Chats beta from the Google Play store “until further notice” after reports that Sunbird sends messages in plain text.
I love how Beeper got a pass but the moment a big name steps in, all hell breaks loose. 😑
maybe because Beeper devs were upfront about it and their bridges are opensource and self-hostable?
Ah, I see... I didn't know Nothing hadn't opened up about what they were hosting on...
Is Sunbird fairly new?
