Larian is one of my all time fav devs so I know I'm going to sink like 200 hrs into this. BRING IT
Oh man this is so exciting. I am ready to truly become a minmax goblin boy this fall.
I really don't want to get too hyped for it because DOS2 was kind of an unplayable wreck at launch and I was never really a fan of its combat system (especially armor and overall geargrind progression), but this could all be massively improved with them leaning on the DnD system for a change. And we get some forgotten realms stories now instead of the usual divinity stuff that they write, which can be just a plus IMHO.
And it just looks absolutely amazing as well! It's gonna be hard to be a patientgamer with BG3
Very excited for the Monk class, but sad there is no Kensei specialization.
Mods will literally take care of everything. D:OS 2 mod scene was really fast and put out great stuff.
