Bug report - error intermittently appearing

I'm seeing an error intermittently while scrolling through my feed - see red circle above. I'm not sure how to make a bug report but wanted to let someone know.

What version are you on? I had the same problem, but then I updated to 0.0.38 and the error was fixed here.
