In a move that seems to clearly violate the (ostensible) three-way division of power, Netanyahu moves to consolidate more power in the legislative that he controls.
This can be seen as undermining a structure of power usually considered foundational to liberal democracies.
The article mentions restricting the courts in some way but it doesn't really say how. Does anybody have clarification on how the courts would be restricted under this change?
