Source for Palestinian right to armed struggle

UN General Assembly resolution A/RES/38/17 (22/11/1983), page 186:

"2. *Reaffirms *the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for their independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial domination, *apartheid *and foreign occupation by all available means, including armed struggle;

3. *Reaffirms *the inalienable right of the Namibian people, the Palestinian people and all peoples under foreign and colonial domination to self-determination, national unity and sovereignty without foreign interference;"

Hamas aren't fighting for freedom and self-determination. Don't try and reframe the efforts of an Islamist terror organization that wishes to murder all Jews and create a global caliphate.

Well, for my side I don't care if Hamas gets destroyed. I care about Palestinians individuals, not Hamas.

But if they vote on Hamas for the job, it's their choice (even though I think Hamas is also dubious)

Both Palestinians and Israeli ultra-Orthodox Jews, have spent decades treating their women like baby farms in a population race to get the "moral high ground" to wipe out each other.

It's highly unfortunate for the resulting cattle individuals, and the people responsible for it should be particularly condemned... but it's hard to care about intentionally raised cannon fodder (no, I'm not vegan).

I'm getting a headache from this topic.

I wish everyone makes it, not matter from which ethnicity or religion.

Too bad people behave like crazy psychopaths.

I wish people could break free to pursue interests of their own, preserve their ethnicity but kick the ass of anyone who's using religion as a leash to yank them...

But indoctrination is strong in these ones, I'm afraid it's going to take a lot of bloodshed before next generations realize how manipulated they've been.

If it's their choice, then the consequences of their actions also theirs. Palestinians have been remarkably awful at choosing their leaders. Every single one of them has abused and betrayed them.

Almost as if there's a tendency for people who seek positions of power to abuse that power.
