Oof calling to "free Gaza" is considered equivalent to "Jew hate" 😓

I'm sad it's news when a president/presidential candidate announces something totally reasonable.

Intel claims most consumer software shouldn’t see much impact, outside of image and video editing workloads..

But that's, like the one place other than games where consumers are looking for performance. What's left, web browsing and MS Office?

I mean if a common sense law like that violates the state constitution, it does seems like the problem is in the constitution or how it's interpreted, not the law…

Too bad they didn't go with the Polaris Tri-color. I agree with Grey that it was the best of the color variations.

The South doesn't deserve all the cool NASA stuff.

Drugmakers have argued that seizing the patent for a medication makes that treatment vulnerable to competition, which can reduce a company’s revenue and limit how much it can reinvest into drug development.

Or yknow, maybe spend a few billion less on marketing and TV commercials?

It's cool just come back and bring a friend with you.

You mean his human horn?

I know Apple's gonna Apple, but at some point you'd think someone over there would think this is all getting a bit silly…

The Russian president also spoke at length about Poland’s alleged history of claiming territories of other countries.

What is this I can't even…

They really treat governance like the WWE. The candidates and the media, alike 😓

the warranty excludes any damage that results from overclocking/overvolting the processor. However, other unrelated issues could still qualify for warranty repair/replacement

So they'll arbitrarily decide what to cover and always have a reason for denying coverage, got it.

Wow, she’s also a smart woman. I appreciate that the writers referred to her as Professor Oppenheimer in the article. It was a fun read, and much more thoughtful than I expect from The Independent.

Umm that sounds like a good thing? People are being paid better and I don't feel the weird feeling of tipping before anything has been delivered.

FTC seems to have really hit its stride lately.

Canada just make a mastodon instance and get all the Canadians onto the fediverse. Do it and it will be awesome.

Not The Onion is probably the closest because of how ridiculous this is.

I try not to express or show it though. Only good vibes to bring everyone over to Firefox.

Yes. I have to keep reminding my parents that those little Google answer boxes aren't real search results and can't be trusted. They sometimes say the exact opposite of the page they're citing!

Man why do they have to make these cringey symbols for units like these? This is space, we should have something cooler.

They oppose bans on care. But a slight majority thinks it's wrong to transition.

I think that's what you're looking for. They don't want to do it, but don't want to ban anyone who's doing it.

It's not about that. It's just a way to continue to get media attention.

It's not about skipping bail. This is for his civil trial, so it's an appeal bond. The real question is: what's the chance that Trunp loses his appeal, but still refuses to pay the penalty? I think that's meaningfully >0%.

Am I missing something? When WW itself has added medications to its offerings, why would this result in Oprah leaving the board? Or are those two things unrelated?

Look I unfortunately ran into one of these pieces of content, and I think it will stay with me forever. I think it's because I sort by "New" in order to try and help promote the good undiscovered content. As long as you focus on Hot/Active, I think you'll be fine.
