I was using an RSS feed when I saw this post on Mastodon.
If you have a favourite webcomic comic artist, you could see if they have plans on creating accounts on Mastodon/Lemmy. Obviously don't harass them about it, but it would be nice to have more creators posting directly on these platforms.

Not new, but we are still defederated from world so I can't subscribe
ah, what's going on in world? Is it like hexbear or something else?
Beehaw admins said that the scale of lemmy.world as well as open user registration and community creation made moderating with currently available tools essentially impossible. Beehaw is actually planning on migrating away completely from Lemmy after a recent CSAM incident.
I really hope that Beehaw can stick around.
