Get to know your local green grocer and Butcher and pay the least for the best stuff.
Some people don't have a choice, or find it convenient for reasons that aren't relevant to you. You personally not needing something, doesn't mean no one else does.

It has been a god send for me. My wife is completely disabled and I’m her caregiver. Having someone else do my groceries and we still get good fresh food has been amazing. It is so much better than six or seven years ago.
