The Pentagon should just send the ammunition. Who's going to stop them? Oh no, the Republicans will sue to have it stopped. Who's going to enforce the order? Stop fucking around with these traitors.

Edit: Better yet, how about an Executive Order? Something like, "The Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, being a direct threat to the security of our NATO allies and our National Security, I declare that any military, intelligence, and humanitarian resources, whether initially allocated for other purposes or not, may be diverted to aid Ukraine."

Then Congress can feel free to pass aid to Israel and it can just be diverted.

The trouble with just ignoring law is that when the guys you don't agree with are in charge, they now have justification to ignore the laws too.

Have they ever cared?

Fair point, though I'd argue it makes it easier for them.

No, but we need someone too. The war in Ukraine isn't worth the loss of the rule of law.

I would argue that the rule of law has been under attack for very long time, and the past years very publicly.

Exactly, tossing it out only plays to putin.

They didn't need or care to manufacture justification under the last president.
