To make sure you're aware, you know that he's on record as having had a speech impediment his entire life, correct? He got into politics partially because he was practicing public speaking to work on his speech impediment.
And just to be clear: That's not what senility looks like. I've got an aunt and had a grandparent that went through dementia and senility.
