Many agree that expanding Obamacare will assist in improving the health care situation for Black Americans.
Biden further upholds socialist thinking in other areas as well:
• The Green New Deal
• Racial Equity
• Economic Reform
In each of these areas, Biden relies on the government to fix the problem by redistribution of funds from one area to another.

Democrats and their media partners also reject that moniker, noting that socialism has historically been defined as collective ownership (usually spearheaded by the government) of the means of production. And that's not what Democrats are doing.
If Mr Biden returns to the White House for a second term but Republicans retain control of the House or gain the Senate, or potentially both, advisers say that his focus would be on defending his legislative accomplishments. Although Republicans would be unable to overturn his investment packages if they did not hold the presidency, they could chip away at them.
