It's a Timber Wolf from Battletech/MechWarrior also known as a Mad Cat because on radar, it would flicker between Marauder (MAD), and Catapult (CAT).
Wow, I casually enjoyed the video games and just thought that the name of that mech was Madcat, had no idea about the whole story. Battletech/Mechwarrior lore is intense.
