I mean I don't have 100 grand cash but I'm definitely worth twice that with my various accounts and property. Having a net worth of 100g is... Kinda bad
I'm pretty sure between the mortgage and student loans I have a negative net worth. I try not to think about it too much.

Yup, and I owe significantly more then I've put in or will ever see back. 100k might be enough to get me to a net worth of 10k max.
