It isn't to block traffic, it's to force action to be taken where none is, and no one capable of taking that action gives two squirts of chipotle if some people stood on a bridge yesterday. Look, one day, everything is going to change. Maybe not all in one day but it'll be quick. Something will happen, and you'll have to re-evaluate the way you look at the world. When that happens, take three deep breaths. Hold them. Eventually you'll pass out, and you'll be doing everyone around you a favor by not talking for however long you are unconscious for. Hopefully you'll drop your phone and it'll break, and you can take a break from social media, too.
