Don't you think its funny that in-spite of basically not having a governing majority in a half decade, Republicans have some how managed to effectively make the will of their voters into the law of the land? If the Democrats can't functionally resist Republican policy, then I have to do something else with the limited power I have, because the future is too important to be left in the hands of a party incapable of wielding power. Somehow, from a minority position, Republicans are able to govern. You should be curious as to why that is.
So far from the new Democratic alignment in the house we've gotten 26 billion for Israels genocide, a redefining of protest as antisemitism, and it looks like the Democrats ARE going to push for a draconian border bill that would give Tucker Carlson a nighttime emission if he dreamed it up himself.
