I have to deal with Sinclair on a yearly basis, usually on New Year’s Eve when they try to bully people into accepting their shitty contracts. Yeah, they use it as a negotiation tactic since they know we have to have a team member at every location we own across the country on standby ready to pull the plug. Since no one wants to be at work on New Year’s Eve they think it works against us. What they don’t understand is that even though none of us want to work that night we will gladly pull the plug on their asses even if that means working on New Year’s Eve. Somehow a deal is usually reached just before midnight.
No wonder broadcast media is dying. They really jumped the shark when they hired that squid
