Musk seriously wishes anyone gave a fuck about him making threats. That's why he does it all the time, like a petulant child. Fact is, Tesla is on the decline, just like every Musk-involved company, aside from SpaceX (somehow).
He's not doing it because the state cares, he's doing it to punish the people who work at those companies in attempt to poison the well of support for the state government. The funny thing is, he wants to move to Texas, expect all his GOP buddies there to give him breaks for doing so. It just won't work out that way though.
