Why do I see a ‘trending communities’ list in Voyager, except when any of them are clicked on they say “Totally empty, there is nothing to see here”????

This is just a Lemmy thing, it happens on the website too.

Now I’m trying “random communities” and it either refuses to give me anything or cycles through “Mastadonindians” Homesteading, and some retarded paranormal bullshit.

If you add this to your adblock list you won't see 'Trending Communities':
Not limited to Voyager.
Change the way you sort your posts (all, hot, etc.) while in the sub, that fixes it for me on Sync.
