Russia accidentally dropped an aerial bomb on occupied Nova Kakhovka. One civilian was killed and at least 12 were injured.

"While we normally kill civilians on purpose, this one was an accident."

Either I've been struck by that, whatever its called, when you notice something and going forward it's all you notice (frequency bias?) - or - Russia have been making significant mistakes alot recently. Just the other day they bombed 10's of their own soldiers into sunflowers thinking they were Ukrainians.

At least it looked like it hit a courtyard instead of directly on top of those buildings which it surely would have brought down.

For them, it was just an oopsie moment.
