People thinking Fortnite is dying are in shambles right now

Crazy how a 6 year old game is already releasing a "nostalgia" version.

Considering the target audience is like 14 years old, 6 years is almost half their lifetime, so no doubt a lot of teens are nostalgic for the old days

To say nothing of the unceasing pile of bullshit that is the last half decade or so, can't fault anyone for wanting better than where we're headed.

Is there a specific reason for this?

They released "fortnite OG" which returns the game back to how it was on release. Same maps, weapons, and mechanics.

I want that sooooo much for PUBG. Bugs and all. No bots. Clothing clogging up loot. All-chat. Tricycle launches me into orbit.

Never had more fun playing a game with my partner.

Sounds interesting I loved older fortnite I joined in season 9 before a little before the big concerts and stuff I remember getting quite tired of the game with all its bloat soon after season 2 episode 2 and not touching it since then

What is Fortnite OG? A rerelease of the original mode or something?

Some old map (1.5 AFAIK) and weapons.

They are in a phase of making bank with old content.
