Amid the exchange of fire, the IDF says civilians were seen leaving the hospital, and other operatives came out of adjacent buildings and hid among them to attack the Israeli forces.
The military releases footage of the battle that appears to show RPG-wielding terrorists running into the hospital.
I'll believe what they say when will be confirmed by an independent source. IDF said enough bullshits to fill a library in the last decades.

You could always just watch the video and make your own decision if you believe it shows what they claim it does.
You could even look up images of the hospital like this one: https://images.app.goo.gl/DT2xzdyRLvJjSvfd6 That building is directly to the left of the building with "Al_Quds Hospital" in English on it. The only question left is if that's a side entrance, or if it's a separate building that isn't part of the hospital itself.
Can you point to the lie that the IDF told in the past that made you distrust it so?
"there is no Palestinian people or Culture" - IDF representative.
"Hamas are terrorists" is usually the baseline for these people ti distrust a source.
