I'd bet the ticket slipped through the cracks--it might have been pulled by an agent near the end of their shift who thought "I'll respond first thing tomorrow" and was let go the next day, or the ticketing system glitched and improperly took it out of the queue, or a tier 1 agent didn't follow proper escalation procedures and reassigned it to someone who never bothers to check their ticketing queue.

I'd suggest submitting a fresh ticket along the lines of "Following up re: ticket 29XXXXX" and copy-pasting the original message into the new ticket.

Source: work for a different company's support team that also uses a public-facing ticketing system

What is this ticket for anyway? Theres no context of an issue or anything. It looks like spam. Just "Hello!" and a black picture, wtf are they supposed to get from that?

This black box covers the content of my actual ticket describing my problem I am facing. I'm not stupid enough to send them a black picture and waste their time

Thats what context in the post is for. I'm not the only one who was wondering.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that "big black box where I expect potentially identifying information to be" means "censored for privacy"

Thank you for reiterating exactly what OP just said. Its even funnier the second time.

WhatsApp, they are just bots that choose 1 in 20 ready made solution to what ever the fuck is wrong with my account access. Its been 2 months without my primary WhatsApp account😪 PS: I know fb bad but be real things can't be done without it. Its kind if a mandate.

If it was important, why wait so long before prompting them again? No, it's not your fault, but if it was a machine on the other end you would have already gotten an answer, so some understanding and accommodation seems reasonable.

It's been so long without their response that I totally forgot about this ticket. I guess it's time to create a new one
