I wonder if patch support being pulled after 2 months is down to lower-than-expected sales; it's certainly earlier than I would've expected on both the dev (HBS) and publisher (Paradox) side.
Yeah... bearing the brunt of your owner's budget cuts doesn't sound like a good time. I do wonder how well the studio will survive in the current climate as an independent.
Anybody here played this game? Looks interesting, but I’m hesitant due to the mixed reviews
I actually really liked it, but I stopped playing a month or so ago because it was buggy as hell and had several instances of crashes that would cause you to lose an entire mission’s progress (sometimes up to an hour’s worth of investment). Also, the framerate is insanely bad, and for no discernible reason since the graphics don’t seem to be that intense. There is a good game hidden in it, and I’m hoping the patch helps, but I’m not holding my breath.
It's on game pass if you have that. I started it and liked it, but got distracted. Been meaning to get back to it.
