If someone has two Reddit usernames, and another person finds out and blocks one and talk with the other, can they report you for block evasion, or does it only count if there is knowledge/resistance?

Please don't answer with "don't use Reddit" in a community made for Reddit questions.

I ask a genuine question.

I don't think posts you make are visible and you can't up or down vote. Pretty sure I was "permanently banned" but I can still make accounts....

They are visible if either the blocked person or the blocker is on another account.

You can't boss me! Don't use Reddit lol lmao haha X-D.

...okay, I'm joking. Serious answer now: I think that the system detecting block evasion is automated, so it's hard to assess if you had previous knowledge that you've been blocked. Odds are that it simply assumes that the chance that you accidentally interact with someone who blocked you is small, so interaction = assumed guilty.

This community definitely wasn't made for reddit questions.
