The healthy supply of EVs may not seem as alarming considering that the industry average is a 70-day supply during “normal times,” per Axios, but ICE-equipped vehicles currently sit at a 54-day supply. And hybrids are having a particularly good year, with supply down to 44 days. Plug-in and traditional hybrids from Toyota are making the best of 2023, with current supply for the Prius and RAV4 sitting at under 30 days each. Axios claims that this reaffirms Toyota’s argument that car buyers need a “stepping stone” from ICE to EVs.

This is a major Hyperbole. I know a LOT of people who would buy an EV, problem is charging infrastructure sucks, and charging at home is hard/impossible for many (especially Renters)

That's some prime hyperbole. Lots of people want EVs, they just can't afford them or don't like the offerings.

And Jeep dealerships having lots full of Jeep Compasses for sale means nobody wants to buy SUVs too right? Or maybe that's now how this works.

I'm in the US, and I really want to buy an EV. Do I not count? I've had 2 EVs in the past and plan to get one for my next car, but I currently have an old used truck while I'm doing house construction and mostly working from home.
