In the next 10-15 years we are going to see what real late stage capitalism is like, and it will be in South Korea.

It’s unnecessary to assume they’re a tankie. My guess is someone who has experienced that life first hand? If you’ve seen movies like Parasite you get an idea of mindset and culture OP is talking about.
