It hasn't been put that way to many of them in the Fox News bubble they live in, which is a big part of the problem. They hear "abortion is murder" and don't think about it further than that.
Total abortion bans are not actually popular among any voters. But us-vs-them extremism works extremely well.
You would think nearly half the voting population would agree and not support those that do. But here we are. Boggles the mind.
