This is true, I was only talking about jail sentences I didn't see any that equaled more than a few days. I certainly could be wrong and welcome any insight into cases that show otherwise.

I found those 3 links with 10 seconds of googling. Here in NYC, I know of many people I know personally who were either held or pursued by the DAs of Manhattan and Kings County (Brooklyn) on charges related to the protests all the way until spring of 2021 when COVID forced them to drop the charges as the courts become overloaded with actual crimes.

if you actually look, you’ll find no shortage of reporting on the matter.

Please post them in the comments, it adds to the discussion and aids your point.

Or, you know, you could take 30 seconds to inform yourself... But, then again, that would mean that you can't feign ignorance about the topic anymore.

Did you know Google doesn't give the same results to each person and actually hides results? This is why it is important to reference websites in socal media when trying to make a point. Stop thinking everyone has access to whatever you see.

Yes, I know how Google works. Which also means that I know how to use the search to get the results I need.

Great, now try that search in Canada. Try that search in Poland.

aren't you the one who wants the information? why are you demanding others find it for you?

Sure, if I knew what they were searching for and where. You are also making huge assumptions on the search capabilities of the average person. It's better to link to its when making an argument so all parties have access to the information.

Sure, if I knew what they were searching for

you said so yourself in your first comment in this thread:

I believe they are referring to the Georgia Floyd protests, though I’m not aware of any significant sentences related to that.

also

and where

if you're curious as to what search engine to use, the one mentioned several times in this comment thread (including by you):

Google

You are also making huge assumptions on the search capabilities of the average person.

show me where i made these alleged assumptions. a quote or a link to the comment would do.

It’s better to link to its when making an argument so all parties have access to the information.

please do

they don't need help making their point.
